  • Dynamic EP is an online coaching service specialising in strength, mobility, and injury prevention. Our programs are tailored to your individual needs, whether you're an athlete, a pole dancer, or just looking to move better and train with purpose.

  • Dynamic EP is for anyone looking to train with purpose. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, improving strength for a specific sport, or just wanting expert guidance without a generic program, we create a plan tailored to you.

  • Not necessarily! We can create a program that fits what you have access to whether it’s a full gym setup, a home gym, or just bodyweight exercises. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll design your program accordingly.

  • The Essentials Support Package is designed for independent trainees who want a structured plan with monthly check-ins and limited support (once per week messaging).

    The Premium Support Package offers weekday messaging, weekly check-ins, and flexible program adjustments, making it ideal for those who need more guidance and accountability.

  • Yes! Both packages require a minimum 8-week commitment to ensure that we can make meaningful progress toward your goals. After the 8 weeks, you’re free to continue or adjust your plan as needed.

  • Yes! If you start with Essentials and decide you need more support, you can upgrade to Premium at any time. Likewise, if you feel confident on your own, you can switch from Premium to Essentials after your 8-week commitment.

  • No long-term contracts. There’s just an 8-week commitment for both packages, after which you can decide to continue or cancel your plan.

  • You can ask about:

    • Exercise form and modifications

    • Adjustments to your program

    • Motivation and accountability

    • Any other questions you may have!

    With Essentials, you can message once per week.

    With Premium, you get messaging support Monday–Friday.

    • Essentials Package: Monthly check-ins via a form, where you update me on progress, challenges, and how you’re feeling.

    • Premium Package: Weekly check-ins for more frequent feedback, adjustments, and motivation.

    • Essentials: Adjustments happen once per month after your check-in.

    • Premium: Adjustments can be made anytime, so if you hit a plateau or need changes, I’ll tweak your plan accordingly.

  • Once you sign up, you’ll receive:

    • A questionnaire to help me design your customised training plan

    • Access to messaging support based on your package

    • A structured plan to start making progress right away

  • Your progress depends on your consistency, effort, and goals—but with either package, you’ll get expert guidance, accountability, and structure to keep you moving forward!
